You can also visit our website without providing any personal information. We only store access data in so-called server log files. This includes, for example, the name of the requested file, the date and time of retrieval, the requesting provider and the amount of data transferred. We evaluate this data exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation of our website and to improve our offer for you and do not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person.

3.1 Cookies

When our website is accessed, data is logged. The same applies to the retrieval of files. This is done by using your IP address or by setting cookies to collect data. We need this data to make your visit to our website as pleasant as possible. This analysis is always done anonymously, so that no individual profile of your user behavior takes place.

In principle, it is also possible to use our website without cookies. However, we cannot exclude the possibility that in this case the website may only be used to a limited extent or with reduced user friendliness. The use of individual areas, such as the user account or the shopping basket, is unfortunately largely impossible without cookies.

Although browsers regularly have the option of drawing your attention to the use of cookies, we have already informed you of their use as a precaution when you visited our website. You can delete cookies from the hard drive of the terminal device you have selected at any time. In this case, too, we cannot rule out less user-friendliness or a restriction on the use of the website.

3.2 Communication via electronic means

In the event that you contact us by telephone, fax, e-mail or via our contact form, we will use your details for establishing contact and for purpose-related advice, as we can derive from your enquiry.

If you subscribe to our newsletter distribution list, your e-mail address will be stored by us on a server. The personal data made available to us in this way will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter. The data records are used for statistical evaluations in order to analyse and optimise our system performance(s). The dispatch of our newsletter takes place by means of the dispatch service provider MailChimp. There e-mail addresses and further information for the dispatch and for the analysis of the newsletter are stored.

The registration to our newsletter takes place with a confirmation message, which contains a link to the final registration (so-called Double-Opt-in procedure). This is to ensure that you really want to receive our newsletter and that you have registered.

If you do not wish to receive another newsletter from us, you can unsubscribe at any time via a link at the end of the newsletter.

5.2 Recommendations via e-mail

The e-mail address provided in connection with your purchase will be used after your purchase in our online shop for advertising and recommendations for our own or similar products via e-mail. This will allow us to introduce you to products that may be of interest to you based on your purchases in our online store. You will also receive these e-mails without registering for the newsletter. Of course, we also adhere strictly to the legal requirements.

If you do not wish to receive any further recommendations from us via e-mail, you can object at any time.

6 Duration of data use/storage

We will delete your personal data, unless otherwise stipulated by statutory storage obligations and if you have asserted a claim for deletion, if the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was originally stored, or if the storage of your personal data is legally inadmissible for any other reason.

As a rule, your personal data will be processed within Germany. As an exception, the data you transmit to us may be stored on servers within the European Union (EU) or on servers based in the USA. Should we deviate from this as the "responsible person"/"responsible office", we will inform you.

8 Social Plugins / Integration of services and contents of third parties

It is possible that contents of third parties ("third party providers") may be integrated within this online offer. The prerequisite for this is that the third party providers of this content use the IP address of the user.  Otherwise, as a rule, you cannot send any content to the browser of the respective user. Even if we make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of your contents. However, we have no influence on whether a third party provider stores your IP address for statistical purposes, for example.

8.1 Google Analytics

Our website uses the web analysis service "Google Analytics", Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94.043 USA. Thus cookies are stored on the device you have selected. This enables an analysis of the use of the website. All information obtained in this way is usually transferred to a Google Inc. server in the USA and stored there.

As a rule, your IP address is shortened by Google within the member states of the EU or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) before transmission. As an exception, your full IP address may be transmitted to an US server of Google Inc. and finally shortened in the USA.

Google Inc. will use the transmitted information for website evaluation. The data collected in this way will not be merged with other data from Google.

If you do not wish cookies to be stored, they can be prevented by making the appropriate settings in your browser. In this case, however, not all functions of our website may be available to you.

If you only wish your data not to be processed by Google Inc., you can download and install a browser plug-in from the following website: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

As the operator of this website, we have concluded a separate agreement with Google Analytics Germany on order data processing (ADV).

8.2 Google TagManager

On our website we also use the Google TagManager. This allows website tags to be managed from a single interface. The Google TagManager itself does not store any cookies in your browser and does not collect any personal data. The Google TagManager only triggers other tags that may themselves collect data. However, this data is not used by Google TagManager. If you have deactivated the use of cookies in your browser, this will be taken into account for all tracking tags used with the Google TagManager. Your cookie settings will not be changed by the Google TagManager.

Under certain circumstances, Google may ask you for the permission to

Google may ask you for permission to share some product information with other Google products. This is to enable certain features, such as making it easier for Google developers to add new conversion tracking tags to AdWords or to optimize their products. Your information will not be shared with other Google products without your consent.

For more information about Google TagManager, please refer to the Google Usage Policy (https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html) and the Google Privacy Statement (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en).

It is important for us to draw your attention to the fact that security gaps can occur during data transmission on the Internet.
